It has been 6 months (since here) and I’ve been keeping up with this cooking business for a while and I think its time to abandon this project and move on to the REAL stuff (my internship!). Yep, i hope I can keep everyone updated on how i am doing through this new blog. After the first day of my new internship

As you can see patty got himself a china-bowl haircut. He claims it was the fault of the turkish man who used nothing but a shaver. In the beginning i thought it was REALLY TERRIBLE but now that he grew out a 3-day beard, he looks much better. I still prefer him in longer wavier hair anytime…

Singapore’s Curry Chicken and Hainanese Chicken Rice

I cooked up a storm for the guys… andi,max,sebastian,vasil and patty. They loved it all! I think my instant sauces worked their magic again 🙂 owell, i meant to take better pictures but my camera is really so shitty in low-light conditions. Vasil took some so when he sent those to me, you wil get to see bit more of the real action.

Perhaps the last BBQ for the year..
Autumn is here.
I marinated the chicken legs with satay sauce and did the peanut paste for dippings. All made possible because of air-tight/air-flown processed foood, thank you!
oh btw, thats me before and after the meal. i guess meat really makes my day!!

my photos are not the best, they dont do justice to the taste n look of the REAL thing! i cooked this dish, all by myself. it’s like an all-veg dish with rice. Broccolis, carrots, onions and mushroooms(my fav!) with cream sauce n chilli spice.
